Almirah Standard - Simple filing cabinet like document management system for small workgroups of one administrator and up to four simple users. Provides easy search and single-file download capabilities for all users. All file upload, editing of metadata, and creation of new drawers and folders are limited to the administrator. Security provided via user access controls and an encrypted database.
Almirah Classic - All the functionality of Alimrah Standard with additional capabilities, such as up to two privileged users with several of the administrator capabilities such as file upload and metadata editing, and seven simple users in addition to an administrator. Additional functionality such as narrowed search based keyword combination, multiple metadata records for a single file, and cab-level metadata search, and customer support via live chat.
Almirah Pro - All the functionality of Almirah Classic with additional capabilities such as integrated OCR based search, integrated email and all files download. Up to four privileged users and twenty simple users in addition to an administrator.
